A few days ago I noticed my face looked kind of ';rough'; for lack of a better word. It also feels rough to the touch. All day today its been itching and burning. I'm 31 years old and I've never had skin problems before. I also have never had any problems with allergies. I haven't changed anything in my diet, laundry detergent or anything. I also don't use soap on my face. What could it be?Facial rash?
about a year ago i had a similar problem. when i went to my doctor she recommended changing my soaps, lotions, detergent, ect; since you can actually develop an allergy to something over time. when this didn't work my dermatologist gave me a steroid cream to put on my face that cleared up the rash right away.
