AARRRGGHH!!! Facial rash!!!?
I have little bumps ALL OVER my face, BUT THEY'RE NOT PIMPLES!!! I've been putting a cool washcloth on my face for days, but it's not helping. I went through some little this late spring early summer last year, so I'm not sure if it's a heat rash. The problem is that I'm going on a trip THIS FRIDAY!! I don't want to see a face rash on my vacation photos!! I'm trying some cream and am going to see a dermatologist, but some ideas would be incredibly helpful and appreciated.
