Facial rash? WTF is it?

I have a small red area of skin right where my cheek bone is. It looks like it has tiny little fluid blisters on it. It almost looks like the beginning of a cold sore but its on my face? I may have burned my face with my straightening iron but usually the burn is just a small line. But like I said it really looks like a cold sore.





Any ideas what it could be?Facial rash? WTF is it?
